By their warmly accent, their aromatic delicacy and their generosity, the Côtes du Marmandais are in perfect harmony with the numerous treasures of the regional gastronomy. Recognized by a VDQS appellation (Wine of superior quality) in 1955, the Côtes du Marmandais enter the AOC (Controlled Label of Origin) renowned family in 1990. An appellation which at last establishes the country high quality, types of vine selection and wine growers’ know-how.

On the 20 November 2003 the merging of two wineries gave birth to a new entity: “Origine” Cave du Marmandais. With 198 members, this association brings together 1260hectares of vineyards, thereby representing 92% of AOC Côtes du Marmandais. The Cave du Marmandais is equipped with highly modern facilities that include pneumatic presses, vinification tanks and irreproachable quality control. Two specialized production sites are maintained.

Site of Beaupuy The Beaupuy site offers vine growers in the area a top class wine producing facility that can receive and process production from the right bank of the Garonne. The site also matures the wines in barrels (it currently houses 4,000 barrels).

Site of Cocumont The Cocumont site, with its impressive size and technology handles production from the left bank. With facilities for the production of red, white and rosé wines, it is a vital link in the company’s approach to quality. Bottling, storage and maturing facilities are located on the site, as is the dispatch centre.

Openings of the shops in Beaupuy and Cocumont : from monday to saturday, from 9 am to 12 am and 2.30 pm to 6 pm. (from april to september, openning since 6.30 pm).
