The vineyards of the Cotes du Marmandais is located east of the region Aquitaine in the Lot-et-Garonne. This vineyard of the heart of South West covers the 27 municipalities of green hills overlooking the two banks of the Garonne. From one bank to another, the Cotes du terroir Marmandais present an extension of Graves and Entre-Deux-Mers, two soils with special characteristics as observed by the winemakers. Flourish there the three traditional grape varieties: Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon, and as more typical varieties Malbec, Syrah or the Abouriou, which gives character to the wines of Marmande by providing color and fruity.

By their warm accent, their aromatic finesse and generosity, red wines, rosé and dry white from the Cotes du Marmandais agree with the many treasures of Southwest cuisine. Recognized AOC (AOC) in 1990, this young and dynamic name enshrines the high quality of soils, selection of varieties and the expertise of the winemakers.
