A family business since 1956. Specialities include pâtés (with stinging nettles, prunes, leeks and potatoes), cooked dishes, foie gras and jams. The shop is well-stocked with all specialities: pâtés, cooked dishes, foie gras, confits... and the famous ham sauce, ancestral recipe. Gift ideas with basket compositions are suggested.
